Refund / Exchange Policy
All our products are imported from overseas and free
from defects. If you have received any product that
is defective, please email us at info@exquisitestylez.com
with details of the item & description of the defect
(Please do not remove the tag or refunds will not be
entertained). We will replace the item with another
identical item(subject to availability) or a product
of the same value at no additional charge. A refund
will only be made within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Shipping, Handling & Delivery fees are non-refundable.
Shipping & Handling Charges
Shipping & Handling charges are applicable to all
overseas customers. Customers residing in Singapore
may opt for local postal service whereby the buyer will
have to pay for the postal charges. However, Exquisite
Stylez will not be held liable for loss of items.
Collection or Delivery
We offer delivery services where a chargeable
fee of SG$8.00 is applicable for each order(regardless
of items) within mainland Singapore. Delivery charges
are waived for orders above SG$150.00.
Self collection may also be arranged
at Jurong East, Orchard, & Sembawang MRT. Please
check with our staff on the delivery schedule.
Payment
Payment can be made via cheques, COD or telegraphic/bank
transfers. Postage/Shipment of goods will commence upon
receipt of payment. All transactions and prices are
made and quoted in Singapore dollars.
